‘I Dementia’ gives Whitechapel fans their regular dose of atmosphereic, chugging deathcore along with some added studio drops to keep the track from being completely unrelenting. Whitechapel guitarist Ben Savage describes the new crunch-tastic track as follows:
“I feel we all found our niche with ‘I, Dementia,” he says. “The slower pace allows for listeners to sink in and appreciate how all the elements flow together. The music and vocals play off each other in a way that appeals to different audiences. You don’t necessarily have to be a metal head to appreciate this song.”
